There are probably lots of people that you can talk to around you, for example:

  •  Your parents or a family member
  • Grandparents
  • A trusted friend
  • A teacher
  • School counsellor
  • Your GP, if you make an appointment they should be able to refer you to someone that you can talk to
  • A helpline

It is important if you talk to someone that you make sure you can trust them.
