There are probably lots of people that you can talk to around you, for example:
- Your parents or a family member
- Grandparents
- A trusted friend
- A teacher
- School counsellor
- Your GP, if you make an appointment they should be able to refer you to someone that you can talk to
- A helpline
It is important if you talk to someone that you make sure you can trust them.
